Sticker Design Contest Rules:
- Contest Period: The contest/submission window starts September 16th, 2023 and ends on November 10th, 2023. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.
- Submission of Entries: Participants can submit their sticker design entries via the designated email form, or directly through email or Slack message, or the form below.
- Eligibility: This contest is open exclusively to WillowTree employees residing in the United States. (Sorry non US, international shipping is a barrier)
- Judging: All valid entries will be judged solely by the shop owner.
- Prizes:
- Grand Prize: Winner’s design will feature in our shop and they will receive 4 free stickers (one of each size) and a coupon for $25 worth of stickers.
- Runner Up: Winner’s design will feature in our shop and they will receive 4 free stickers (one of each size)
- Content Guidelines: Participants can submit any design they wish. Any entries deemed offensive or irrelevant will be discarded at the discretion of the judge.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email and a Slack message on November 11th.
- Prize Distribution: Prizes will be mailed to the winners. A valid US address is required. Please give me up to 4 weeks to create the new designs.
- Rights to Designs: By participating in this contest, entrants agree that the submitted designs become the property of the shop (clothedEye) who holds the right to sell the design on our site. Winners will not receive any additional compensation beyond the listed prizes.
